Cori Pratt, President
Cori Pratt has lived in Highlands North for 17 years and has been on
its board for the last 14 years. Cori walks the trail in good weather,
greatly appreciating the smooth surface compared to the area streets and
curbs. She is very excited to have all the nodes on the trail with benches
to rest and enjoy the landscaping.
FPRT Board duties include supervising all of the business
affairs of the corporation, membership rosters and specialty requirements

Rodney Schlosser, VP Community Relations
Rodney Schlosser is a member of the Highlands I-II Homeowners Association
and has lived in our area for 9 years. Rodney is highly involved in the
community, giving his time to The City of Dallas Municipal Library Board,
his Homeowners Association Board, and was a member of the May 2003 Bond
Campaign Operations Committee. Even with all that going on, Rodney still
has time to ride bikes with his kids on our trail - his favorite trail
activity!
FPRT Board duties include Community Liaison,
Communications (web, HOAs, newsletters, fund-raising events, and press
releases)
Matt Bach, VP of Safety & Beautification
Matt Bach has lived in North Dallas for 13 years. He is also the President
of the Holiday Park Homeowners Association, past President of the RANDCO
Board, is a member of the Board of Adjustment for the City of Dallas,
and a past board member of DHL. Matt loves to walk his kids to and from
school on our trail - it's much safer and more fun than the sidewalks
and street.
FPRT Board duties include reporting code violations,
managing approval, procurement and installation of donated items, safety
matters, liaison with the City maintenance department for ongoing care,

Rod Scales, VP of Design
Rod Scales has lived in our neighborhood for over 25 years! A member of
the Highlands North Homeowners Association, he also worked tirelessly
as the VP Development for Highlands North in its early years. Now that
his family is raised, his favorite trail activity is walking it as he
imagines future landscaping plans!!
FPRT Board duties include design concepts, regulatory
approvals for planting, organizing planting events and co-ordination with
City crews and training of future watering crews for new planting schemes.

Shelia Farmer, Secretary of the Corporation
Shelia Farmer and her family have made Highlands North their
home for the past 25 years. She has served on the HNHA Board in various
capacities and currently volunteers for Dallas Junior Forum. You'll find
Shelia walking and enjoying the trail mornings and afternoons with her
dog.
FPRT duties include issuing notices for, and recording
proceedings, actions, and decisions of each Board meeting, maintaining
the corporate minute book, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
Cathy Qualls, Treasurer
Cathy Qualls is a relative newcomer to Dallas. She is a member of Northwood
Hills HOA. Her family enjoys the trail for biking and walking.
FPRT duties include responsibility for all funds,
banking, monthly and annual P&L statements.
